What did football do to deserve this?

The National Football League announced that the Rolling Stones will provide the half-time entertainment at Super Bowl 40 on February 5 in Detroit.

What did football do to deserve Mick Jagger (inset photo) during half time at the Super Bows this year?

By half time, most of the crowd will have consumed enough alcoholic beverages they won’t really care who it is screaming into a microphone.

At least the NFL won’t need to worry about a wardrobe malfuncion when it’s the ~~Strolling Bones~~ Rolling Stones on stage.
