This story is about first class mail delivery aided by a first-class drawing.
A man in Wales wanted to send a Christmas card to a former co-worker but he had forgotten the address. He couldn’t even remember the name of the town.
All he could remember was that his old friend had moved to Cornwall, but not the name of the town. He also remembered that his friend had pointed the town out to him on a map.

With that, 48-year-old Paul Bates drew a map on the envelope containing the Christmas card intended for his friend Peter O’Leary.
The card was mailed in the envelope shown above with NO street name, NO town, NO postcode — yet it arrived!
The card arrived nine days later when a post worker recognized the name in a local sorting office.
