Baggage chaos still plaguing Heathrow airport

The nightmare at London’s Heathrow airport terminal 5 continues as a reported 19,000 bags have been placed in temporary storage.

British Airways Chief Executive Willie Walsh said he accepted full responsibility for the chaos.

The travelling public is not interested in who is to blame -- they just want to see things go more smoothly.

It could be a while before things are operating up to standard as British Airways cancelled another 54 flights at Terminal 5 Monday and announced another 50 cancelled for Tuesday.
