Try to follow the Howard Dean logic as he tries to spin a loss into a win:
Mr. Dean said last week was a victory for Wisconsin Democrats because they won back the State Senate.
The report at the link below says that the Democrats very narrowly won one out of four contested State Senate seats on Tuesday.
This technically delivers the Democrats a single-vote "majority." However, Wisconsin's legislature is already out of session for the year and isn't scheduled to reconvene until 2013.
In the interim will be the November elections, in which Republicans are expected to gain at least two seats, due to favorable redistricting.
That really doesn’t sound like a Democrat win no matter how Mr Dean spins the story!
