A report, found at the link below, shows that twenty-year-old models which have suggested serious ice loss in the eastern Antarctic have been compared with reality for the first time - and found to be wrong, so much so that it now appears that no ice is being lost at all.
The photo above was one of many similar photos used by overly zealous environmental activists to "prove" that the polar bear was endangered due to the rapid melting of polar ice.
What they didn't tell us was that the photos were taken at the south end of Hudson Bay - in the summer.
From the report:
It turns out that past studies, which were based on computer models without any direct data for comparison or guidance, overestimate the water temperatures and extent of melting beneath the Fimbul Ice Shelf.
But didn’t Al Gore’s Inconvenient Truth say the science was settled and the ice was rapidly melting?

Mr. Gore will need to set up a new office like the one in his old Tennessee mansion (shown above) so he can attempt to debunk these new findings.
We hope he takes the frog on the wall and displays it in his new digs. We love it - the frog that is!
