Editorial cartoonist Henry Payne is still having fun with Santa Obama.
This time he shows Santa Obama trying to cram ObamaCare down the chimney of every state which is presumably easier than cramming ObamaCare down everyones throat.
Oh, wait -- President Obama has already done that -- cram it down our throats.
