Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s new eyeglasses aren’t just a new look -- they have a special lens that’s used to treat double vision.
She was recently treated for a blood clot near her brain after a fall and wore Fresnel lens to aid her left eye during the Benghazi hearing.
“She’ll be wearing these glasses instead of her contacts for a period of time because of lingering issues stemming from her concussion. With them on she sees just fine,” State Department spokesman Philippe Reines said Friday morning, after the Post wrote about Clinton’s new specs.
No contact lenses here either as Hillary poses for a camera while a student at Wellesley College.
