Medical marijuana was voted legal in Massachusetts last November.
But just don’t try to sell water in single-serving plastic water bottles in the town of Concord, Massachusetts.
A new ban on the sales of plastic water bottles has taken effect in Concord and stores will be fined up to $50 for violating the ban.
