In case you want to live where they still have outdoor toilets and the temperature can get down to -70 degrees, the village of Oymyakon is the place to go.
Oymyakon, Siberia, Russia is the coldest permanently inhabited village on earth. The settlement has about 600 inhabitants.
The cold is so intense it is not uncommon for birds to freeze in mid-air on the coldest days.
