The video above says the sequester cuts were Obama's idea to begin with and pokes fun at his apocalyptic scare-tactics.
Especially interesting is the audio clip at the very end in which Obama laments the exhausting merry-go-round of "manufactured" crises, for which his party is almost exclusively responsible.
