An article Being White in Philadelphia was published in Philadelphia Magazine this month. The report has angered Mayor Nutter (pictured).
The article features a series of interviews with anonymous white residents from different areas of the city who share stories about their interaction with black residents.
The Mayor has asked the Human Relations Commission to conduct an investigation into the article.
