Perhaps the bigger question is, should we attack Syria just because Syria is attacking Syria?
John Kerry (pictured) made the rounds of the Sunday Cable News shows looking like he had been up all night practicing how to vouch for threats from the school-yard bully. Come to think of it, that may not be far from the truth.
First Kerry appeared on as many Cable News programs as he could last week lobbying for immediate action on Syria.
Then his boss waffled again saying he wanted to wait until congress returned from vacation in a week so he could get congressional approval.
Last week Mr. Kerry said military action in Syria was urgently needed. Now Kerry is forced to tell the American people “I didn’t say military action in Syria had to be right away.”
Kerry is finding that working for an amateur is not easy.
