Something funny happened in Azerbaijan. The election commission announced the winner the day before Azerbaijan's presidential election.
On Tuesday, the smartphone app of the Central Election Commission released the results of the Wednesday vote, showing President Ilham Aliyev, whose family has been at the helm of this oil-rich Caspian Sea nation for four decades, winning 73 percent of the vote.
Under those circumstances Ilham Aliyev could be President for life!

Azerbaijan is bounded by the Caspian Sea to the east, Russia to the north, Georgia to the northwest, Armenia to the west, and Iran to the south.
Azerbaijan election officials quickly responded to the news by claiming they were conducting a test - yeah, right.
Perhaps someone should check to see if there is a voting precinct in Chicago called Azerbaijan - just saying.
