The Obama administration is famous for waiting until Friday afternoon to release documents thought to be controversial in the hope they will not be noticed. It has become known as the “Friday document dump.”
They outdid them selves this time by saving up 1,296 pages of new ObamaCare regulations from the department of Health and Human Services. The 1,296 page “document dump” came Thursday afternoon at 4:15 p.m. just before the Independence Day holiday weekend.
Last year, the Obama administration used the days surrounding the July 4th holiday as an opening to announce a delay to the employer mandate and to disclose the fact that the exchanges would operate on the honor system, doling out benefits without properly verifying information provided by applicants.
There are 2 links to the regulations included in the 2014 July 4 holiday “document dump” at the Washington Examiner report link below.
If this was good news, the Obama administration would have called a press conference and taken credit for it rather than quietly release it just before a major holiday weekend.
One of the most outrageous parts of ObamaCare is that it was never intended to remain the law that was voted on and signed by the president.
The law has been altered and added to many times. It’s a “make it up as you go” law. The July 3, 2014 “document dump” is just the addition/alteration.
