For Henry Waxman to be elected 20 times sending him to Washington for the last 40 years, it must be a solid Democrat district!
But Elan Carr is neither stupid nor crazy, so there must be something else going on in California’s 33rd Congressional District.
Mr. Carr is actually in solid competion to replace Waxman. More than just competein, he’s winning.
