5. Take a deep breath or a deep sigh.
6. Take a selfie with your iPhone.
7. Do a jumping jack.
8. Shake you’re fist at the sky - it’s the moon’s fault.
9. Pat your dog on the head.
10. Click like on the first thing you see on Facebook.
12. Frown if you can’t think of anything else to do.
