Al Franken eyes Minnesota Senate seat

There is a post here on the Minneapolis - Saint Paul Channel 11 TV web site that says Al Franken is moving from New York to Minneapolis.

He has purchased a town house near downtown Minneapolis and will establish residency in Minnesota. Franken is mulling a run against Republican Senator Norm Coleman.

Franken will hope he has more success as a Senatorial candidate than as a liberal talk show host on Air America.

When the floundering Air America liberal radio network, funded mostly by liberal billionaire George Soros, began last year, Al Franken was the main talk host personality. He still is.

With Franken in the spotlight chair, liberals though it would far outpace Limbaugh and Hannity. That was just a dream. Al Franken and Air America has terrible ratings and surely would have folded long ago but for more and more cash infusion by Soros.
