Cause of deaths in America

    Most deaths in America are caused by:

About 1.3 million Americans die in road crashes each year.

About 600,000 Americans die of cancer each year.

Last year, over 47,000 Americans died from drug overdoses.

About 30,000 Americans are killed each year by gunfire including accidental deaths and suicides.
