Al Gore's daughter was among 23 arrested in a Boston pipeline protest

The daughter of former Vice President Al Gore was among 23 people who were arrested during a protest of a Boston pipeline.

In this June 29, 2016 photo, Karenna Gore protests at the site of Spectra Energy's West Roxbury Lateral pipeline in Boston.

The group organizing the event, Resist the Pipeline & Stop the West Roxbury Lateral, says 42-year-old Karenna Gore traveled from New York to join the demonstration.

The arrested protesters were charged with resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.
