Is Johnny Manziel a.k.a. Johnny Football the biggest draft bust since Ryan Leaf?

Manziel (pictured) may not have been the biggest NFL draft bust since the Chargers drafted Ryan Leaf but he didn’t miss it much.

Leaf was the second overall pick in the 1998 NFL draft after Peyton Manning, However, poor play, bad behavior, injuries, poor work ethic and inability to focus made him the number 1 "draft bust" in NFL history.

Johnny Manziel wasn’t quite that bad. Will he be a disappointment to to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats who just signed him? The announced came Saturday that he has a two-year deal with the Canadian team.
