IHOP is changing it’s name to IHOb - but what does the “b” stand for?

So far IHOP is not saying what the change to IHOb means for sure but the specials board at one IHOP gave it away with some new options: Burger options.

Don’t look for them to get rid of their namesake specialty because there was another sigh with the classic IHOP logo that said "Pancakes Pancakes Pancakes."
